About the CEO
Founder and CEO Guerschmide Saint-Ange, an expert academic program evaluator and turnaround leader, created GSA Consulting for the purpose of facilitating processes that allow leaders and their organizations to achieve transformational success for the communities they serve. Guerschmide brings nearly 15 years of education experience as a classroom teacher, school and network leader, charter school authorizer, and operations executive to her clients.
She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in English Education from Hampton University and a master’s degree in education policy and management from Harvard University. When not working with organizations that expand access and increase the quality of school options, especially for Black and brown students, Guerschmide loves traveling the world with her husband and daughter.
